Our Process
When you partner with Manga Fanau to manage your property, you will experience a can-do attitude and a straightforward process.
Rental appraisal
Our manager will discuss your needs with you for your property. After that, we’ll visit the property and walk through it so that we can provide you with a rental appraisal. This will tell you how much we believe we can rent it for, based on the property itself and comparable rental properties in the area.
Advertising and viewing
We arrange for professional photos of your property and commence advertising. We will arrange viewings and show prospective tenants around the property, answering any questions. You will be provided with feedback and updates on all applications.
Ongoing Support
Once new tenants are settled into their new home, all queries, including maintenance requests are directed to us.
On a quarterly basis our team will inspect the property to ensure it’s being well looked after.

Onboarding with Maranga Fanau
When you partner with Manga Fanau, you’ll sign a management authority form allowing us to advertise and manage your property. You’ll then be assigned a dedicated property manager as your main contact.
Tenant selection
Applicants undergo background checks, including credit and references, and are assessed on their suitability for your property.
After your assessment and on your approval, the successful applicants are offered the property, the lease is signed, and the bond is paid.
